This End-of-Life (“EOL”) policy (“Policy”) is effective as of October 1st, 2023. Kissflow products undergo continuous improvement, and earlier iterations may potentially reach their EOL as new versions take precedence. This Policy serves as a reference point for customers and partners, offering insights into the milestones and timeframes associated with a product's EOL. By providing this Policy, Kissflow aims to assist its customers and partners in their strategic planning efforts and the seamless transition to the most current product versions available.
Kissflow Version 2.0 and 3.0 (“Platform”) has reached its EOL and the Platform will cease to be accessible as on March 31, 2024. Customers holding active contracts that extend beyond the EOL date will have the option of either upgrading to a newer version or receiving continued support from Kissflow for the existing Platform until the expiry of the contract, without renewal.

KISSFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES IF THE CUSTOMER USES THE PRODUCT(S) PAST THE EOL DATE. SUCH USAGE BEYOND THE EOL DATE SHALL RESULT IN THE VOIDING OF ALL AGREEMENTS EXECUTED BY THE CUSTOMER WITH KISSFLOW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS AND SERVICE CREDITS FOR THE PRODUCT(S).
