Challenges faced

Manual processes. Axiz manually handled processes in an extremely cumbersome, time-consuming, and inefficient way using Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Sign.

Poor process visibility. The stakeholders had no visibility into the progress of the requests because critical information was scattered across multiple tools, and there was no single source of truth.

Disjointed teams. The lack of a single low-code platform restricted the flow of information between cross-functional teams and systems, creating silos and hindering collaboration.
Solution
Before Kissflow, Axiz used Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Sign to manage processes and approval workflows. Like most organizations that used these tools for managing operations, Axiz struggled to track all the processes and approval requests through these tools. Employees spent hundreds of hours sifting through thousands of email threads to access relevant business information.
Frederic Jansen van Rensburg, IT Business Systems Engineer at Axiz, manages all of Axiz’s in-house source products. He is also responsible for helping business units automate use cases with Kissflow.
After implementing Kissflow, Axiz could replace several overlapping applications and solve multiple use cases using a single low-code platform. As a result, the organization has saved a lot of time and money. Frederic attributed this success to the simplicity of the platform.

When asked about his experience with Kissflow, Frederic highlighted how the Kissflow Community and Support have been instrumental in Axiz’s success with Kissflow. When I have time, I’m always on the Community page.” He added, “I use a lot of software products and Kissflow has the easiest Community platform.”
